Mrs. Jacquelyn Gehrsitz (Mrs. G.) received her master of education in educational leadership from St. Leo University. She received her bachelor of science in education of the deaf and hard of hearing with a minor in history from The College of New Jersey, formally known as Trenton State College.
Mrs. G. has lived in Florida since 1981. She was married to her husband, Joseph, for 36 years until he passed away in 2014. She has three sons and two grandchildren.
She has worked in the field of education since 1976 and has worked for the Diocese of Orlando since 1984. She has taught deaf/blind children (4 years), middle school (16 years), high school (7 years) and has been an administrator since 2006. Mrs. G. truly enjoys her job. She has been at St. Paul Catholic School since 2013 and is making many good memories of her time here.
Mrs. G.’s hobbies include reading, trips to the beach and hanging out with friends and family. She especially enjoys her grandchildren.
