Families have the option of paying their tuition in full or utilizing FACTS/ Nelnet Business Solutions, a third party tuition management company, to complete their tuition commitment with monthly or quarterly payments. FACTS is the nation’s leading provider of tuition payment plans, and has been serving schools and their families for more than 25 years.
Monthly payments for the 2018-2019 school year will begin in July 2018 and continue through May 2019.

FACTS Grant and Aid is used by the Diocese of Orlando and St. Paul’s Catholic School to evaluate school families. The process for financial aid begins with the required online application at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3GN35.
All applications and supporting paperwork for the 2018-2019 school year must be submitted and verified by the April 15, 2018 deadline for consideration. Applications should be made as soon as possible to ensure that this deadline is met.
Families must apply each year in order to be considered. All determinations are based a financial aid analysis based on the grant and aid application from FACTS Grant and Aid. Families are encouraged to complete this application in January, and must submit all required support documentation by the April 15, 2018 deadline to be considered.
Grant notification letters are mailed by the beginning of May.
Tuition will be paid on the first of each month. All families must be registered and process online payments through FACTS Management. Monthly payments can be paid over an eleven month period beginning in July and ending in May.
TUITION FEE DELINQUENCY
School families failing to pay tuition/and or fees according to their agreement without making suitable alternative arrangements (with the finance committee) will have their students suspended until financial obligations are met. Also, students will not receive report cards and/or permanent records.
Families who are unable to pay the full tuition may apply for financial aid by completing and submitting online the FACTS Grant and Aid application. Please apply no later than April 15 in order to allow adequate processing time. Submitting an application does not guarantee financial assistance. St. Paul’s School also accepts Step Up for Students Scholarships and McKay Scholarships.
It is St. Paul’s policy that parents prayerfully consider volunteering 10 hours per year. If you receive any Diocesan financial assistance, you are asked to prayerfully consider volunteering 20 hours per year. Your hourly contribution is a wonderful way of being involved with your child’s school and the interaction with teachers and staff is valuable to your child/children’s education.
Registered families who attend Mass (Sundays and Holy Days of Obligation) and actively provide financial support to their parish through envelopes, credit card, online, and giving of time and talent may receive a discount per pastor approval.
