Registration

St. Paul's admits students of any race, color, sex, national and ethnic origin.

A. Registration Fees

(Non-Refundable) - Due with registration forms

  1. Diocesan Student Fee - $12.00
  2. One Child - $165.00
  3. Two Children - $230.00
  4. Three or more Children - $345.00

B. Tuition

Tuition rate is for one full year and is payable monthly, quarterly, or annually on specified due dates. Families paying in full for the year will pay directly to the school and receive a 2% discount. The payment of tuition on time is very important. Tuition is due on the first of each month (including quarterly on the designated months), and PAST DUE on the 10th. There will be a $20.00 delinquent charge for payments not received by the 10th of the month. Failure to pay tuition in a timely manner may result in suspension of your child until the account is current. Checks returned for insufficient funds will be subject to a $25.00 charge.

  1. Registered in parish (with a family number) for one year.
  2. Attend Mass regularly.
  3. Support your parish by using the envelope system. Parish records are reviewed quarterly.
  4. Approval by Pastor/Finance Committee  (interview with Finance Committee may be required).

C. Other Fees

These fees are due July 1. If not paid by the 15th, your child's place will be given to the next person on the waiting list. Books cannot be issued if fees have not been paid.

Instructional fee K through 5 $200.00 plus $100 Computer Fee = $300.00
Instructional fee Gr. 6 - 8 $250.00 plus $100 Computer Fee = $350.00
Graduation fee (Gr. 8 only) $45.00

D. Required For Entrance (subject to availability)

  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Shot record (7th graders must have record of their Hepatitis B shots)
  3. Physical form from doctor
  4. Social Security Number
  5. Baptism Record (optional)

Pre-kindergarten - Students must be 4 years of age on or before September 1 of the school year.

Kindergarten - Students must be 5 years of age on or before September 1 of the school year.
